115kg to 96kg
No shortcuts. No magic. Just discipline, learning, and a lot of sweat. Here's exactly how I did it — and how you can start too.

See my journeyFrom insecurity and bullying to confidence and control — this is what I learned.
When I was 115kg, I felt invisible. I was bullied, insecure, and ashamed of my own reflection. I thought I would never change — until I realized that the only person who could save me was me.
This is the raw, unfiltered story of how I went from 115kg to 96kg. It wasn't linear. It wasn't easy. But it was worth it.
Two photos. Two versions of me. One continuous journey.
This is what 24 months of consistency looks like. No filters, no edits — just honest progress. The weight loss is visible, but the real change is in my posture, my confidence, and the way I carry myself.
Each milestone marks a moment that changed everything.
I was at my heaviest, felt invisible, and tired of being bullied for my size. I walked into the gym with zero knowledge and a heart full of desperation. This was the day I decided to take control.
The first step is always the hardest — but also the most important.I lost 5kg in the first 3 months — not by being perfect, but by being consistent. I started tracking what I ate and showed up to the gym 4 times a week. It was hard, but I felt hope for the first time.
Consistency beats intensity. Small daily actions add up.I had dropped 11kg total. Working out 6 days a week became non‑negotiable. I started meal prepping and sleeping 7+ hours. My confidence started to grow — I wasn't just losing weight, I was building a new identity.
Habits are stronger than motivation. Build systems, not goals.Hitting 100kg was a huge milestone. But the biggest change happened inside my head. I stopped caring about what others thought. I started loving the process — the sweat, the grind, the discipline.
True transformation starts in the mind. The body follows.I hit a plateau at 100kg that lasted weeks. It was frustrating, but I didn't quit. I adjusted my nutrition, increased my training intensity, and pushed through. I learned that plateaus are just part of the journey.
Plateaus are not failures — they're tests of patience.19kg down. 24 months of consistent work. But the real victory isn't the weight — it's the confidence, the discipline, and the person I've become. I no longer hide. I walk tall.
The destination is great, but the journey is where you find yourself.Things I wish I knew when I started — I'm sharing them so you don't have to learn the hard way.
You don't need to crush yourself every day. Showing up regularly, even with moderate effort, creates lasting change.
You can't out-train a bad diet. Learn to eat whole foods, prioritize protein, and don't fear carbs — they're fuel.
Your body grows and repairs when you rest, not when you train. 7–8 hours of quality sleep is non‑negotiable.
Your biggest enemy is your own self‑doubt. Learn to love the process, not just the outcome.
Snapshots that tell the story better than words.
If you're struggling right now, this is for you.
“I know what it feels like to hate your reflection. To feel like you'll never be good enough.
To be laughed at for how you look.
But here's the truth: your past doesn't define your future.
The only thing that matters is what you do today.
I started with zero knowledge, zero confidence, and 115kg of self‑doubt.
It took me over two years, but I never quit — and that's why I succeeded.
If you're ready to start, start small. Do one push‑up. Walk for 10 minutes.
Drink water instead of soda. You don't need to be perfect. You just need to be consistent.”
