I train 6 days a week using a Push / Pull / Legs split. No fancy equipment, no complicated programs — just compound lifts, progressive overload, and consistent effort.
Every workout follows the same structure: warm-up → main lifts → accessories → core. I focus on form first, then intensity. My goal isn't to lift heavy — it's to lift with intention and get stronger over time.
6 days of focused work, 1 day of recovery.
My go-to exercises and why I do them.
My go-to squat variation. Great for building leg strength while maintaining proper form. The front-loaded position keeps my chest up and back straight.
💡 Keep your elbows inside your knees.A classic compound movement. I focus on controlled reps with a slight pause at the bottom. It's the foundation of my push day.
💡 Keep your shoulders pinned back.My favorite back exercise. It allows for a full range of motion and helps correct imbalances between sides. I feel it in my lats every time.
💡 Pull with your elbow, not your hand.Great for building shoulder strength and stability. I use a controlled tempo and focus on keeping my core tight throughout the movement.
💡 Don't lock out at the top.Lessons I've learned from years of showing up.
Never skip your warm-up. 5–10 minutes of light cardio + dynamic stretching prepares your body and prevents injury.
Add weight, reps, or sets each week. Small progress adds up — don't stay comfortable.
Film your working sets. Reviewing your form helps you identify issues and make corrections faster.
Write down your lifts, reps, and how you felt. Tracking helps you stay accountable and see progress over time.

What I wish I knew when I started.
"Progress isn't about being perfect — it's about showing up consistently.
Some days you'll feel weak, some days you'll feel unstoppable. Both are part of the journey.
Don't compare your day 1 to someone else's year 3.
Focus on what you can control: your effort, your form, and your consistency.
If you're new, start light. Master the form before adding weight.
Your future self will thank you."
