My Story
From insecurity and bullying to confidence and control — this is what I learned.
Alex Mehra
I grew up being bullied because of my weight. I was the "fat kid" who couldn't run, who had a bouncy chest, who was laughed at in gym class. I carried that shame for years. At my heaviest, I weighed 115 kg and felt completely trapped in my own body.
One day, I realized that I had two choices: continue letting others define my worth, or take responsibility for my own future. I chose the latter. I stepped into the gym with zero knowledge, no fancy coach, and no magic pill — just a burning desire to change.
I started learning. I read about nutrition, watched form videos, tracked my workouts, and most importantly, I stayed consistent — even on days when I wanted to quit. The scale didn't move fast, but I kept showing up. Over two years, I dropped from 115 kg to 96 kg, but the real transformation happened inside my head.
